1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MUVI ("the Platform"), operated by PT. Arah Makna Network, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MUVI is an edutainment platform that provides access to:

• Educational films and documentaries for streaming
• Online courses with certificates of completion
• Educational merchandise and branded products
• User dashboard for tracking learning progress
• Blog content and educational resources

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You can register using email, Google, or GitHub authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Types

MUVI offers different account types including User, Instructor, and Admin roles, each with specific permissions and access levels.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription plans and one-time purchases for courses and content. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe, LemonSqueezy, and Paddle. All payment information is processed securely through these third-party providers.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your user dashboard.

4.4 Refunds

Digital content purchases and subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or errors. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Course Enrollment and Certificates

5.1 Course Access

Once enrolled in a course, you have unlimited access to the course materials for the duration of your subscription or purchase period. Course content may be updated or modified at our discretion.

5.2 Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a digital certificate. Certificates are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute professional accreditation unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Progress Tracking

Your learning progress is automatically saved and can be accessed through your user dashboard. You can resume courses at any time.

6. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on MUVI, including films, courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by PT. Arah Makna Network or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or redistribute content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove watermarks or copyright notices
• Reverse engineer or extract source code

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access the platform

8. Merchandise

8.1 Orders

Merchandise orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

8.2 Shipping

Shipping times and availability vary by location and product. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

8.3 Returns

Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

9. API Access

Users with API access must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines. API keys are personal and should not be shared. Misuse of API access may result in immediate termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MUVI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of content provided by third-party instructors or creators.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT. Arah Makna Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform immediately ceases.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
